S-CAT
We are Prime Contractors in the S-CAT framework. This is a catalogue-based procurement facility established in 1997 to provide the public sector with a simplified means of procuring professional IT services.
Having satisfied all the criteria set by S-CAT, Black & Veatch signed a three-year framework contract at the end of 2003. Through S-Cat we are registered to provide multiple services under Category 15 (Geographical Information Services) of the S-CAT framework, these are:

- Provision of Software Value Added Services
